1. Operatorul de date
Responsabil pentru prelucrarea datelor pe acest site, în sensul Regulamentului General privind Protecția Datelor (GDPR), este:

2. Principii generale
Luăm în serios protecția datelor tale personale. Prelucrăm datele exclusiv pe baza prevederilor legale (GDPR, BDSG, TDDDG). În cele ce urmează îți explicăm ce date colectăm, în ce scop și ce drepturi ai.
3. Date colectate automat (fișiere log)
La fiecare accesare a site-ului, serverul înregistrează automat informații pe care browserul tău le transmite:
- adresa IP (scurtată/anonimizată)
- data și ora accesării
- pagina accesată și volumul de date transferat
- tipul și versiunea browserului, sistemul de operare
- pagina de proveniență (referrer)
Temei legal: art. 6 alin. (1) lit. f) GDPR — interesul nostru legitim de a asigura
funcționarea stabilă și securitatea site-ului.
Durata de stocare: maximum 7 zile, apoi ștergere automată.
4. Formularul de contact
Când folosești formularul de contact, prelucrăm următoarele date:
- numele tău
- adresa de email
- numărul de telefon (opțional)
- conținutul mesajului
- adresa IP și momentul trimiterii (protecție anti-spam)
Aceste date sunt folosite exclusiv pentru a răspunde solicitării tale. Mesajul este trimis prin serverul nostru de email către adresa firmei. Nu transmitem datele către terți și nu le folosim pentru marketing fără acordul tău explicit.
Temei legal: art. 6 alin. (1) lit. b) GDPR (măsuri precontractuale) și lit. f) GDPR
(interesul legitim de a răspunde solicitărilor).
Durata de stocare: până la finalizarea corespondenței; ulterior, dacă există obligații legale
de arhivare (de ex. comerciale sau fiscale), pe durata prevăzută de lege (6–10 ani conform HGB/AO).
5. Găzduire
Site-ul este găzduit pe un server închiriat de la Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 München, Germania. Datele sunt stocate în centre de date din Uniunea Europeană. Cu furnizorul de găzduire există un contract de prelucrare a datelor (AVV) conform art. 28 GDPR.
6. Cookie-uri și stocare locală
Folosim un număr minim de cookie-uri / intrări în localStorage:

Cookie-urile strict necesare se bazează pe § 25 alin. (2) TDDDG și art. 6 alin. (1) lit. f) GDPR. Toate celelalte se activează doar după acordul tău explicit (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. a) GDPR), pe care îl poți retrage oricând din setările de cookie-uri.
7. Google Maps
Pe pagina de contact integrăm o hartă Google Maps (furnizor: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irlanda).
Important: harta nu se încarcă automat. Ea apare doar după ce apeși butonul „Încarcă harta" sau după ce accepți cookie-urile opționale. Până atunci, niciun fel de date nu este transmis către Google.
La încărcarea hărții, Google poate primi adresa ta IP și poate seta cookie-uri. Transferul de date către SUA se bazează pe clauzele contractuale standard ale UE și pe EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Detalii: politica de confidențialitate Google.
Temei legal: art. 6 alin. (1) lit. a) GDPR (consimțământ).
8. Google Analytics
Dacă îți dai acordul, folosim Google Analytics 4 pentru statistici anonime de utilizare (furnizor: Google Ireland Limited). Anonimizarea IP este activată, iar semnalele de publicitate și personalizarea reclamelor sunt dezactivate.
Fără acordul tău, scriptul Google nu este încărcat deloc. Îți poți retrage acordul oricând din setările de cookie-uri.

9. Fonturi web
Fonturile folosite pe site (Inter și Sora) sunt găzduite local, pe serverul nostru. Nu se face nicio conexiune către serverele Google Fonts, deci adresa ta IP nu este transmisă către Google.
10. Drepturile tale
Conform GDPR ai următoarele drepturi:
- Dreptul de acces (art. 15) — să afli ce date deținem despre tine
- Dreptul la rectificare (art. 16) — corectarea datelor inexacte
- Dreptul la ștergere (art. 17) — „dreptul de a fi uitat"
- Dreptul la restricționarea prelucrării (art. 18)
- Dreptul la portabilitatea datelor (art. 20)
- Dreptul la opoziție (art. 21) — față de prelucrările bazate pe interes legitim
- Dreptul de a retrage consimțământul (art. 7 alin. 3), oricând, fără a afecta legalitatea prelucrării anterioare

5. Hosting
This website is hosted on a server rented from Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany. Data is stored in data centres within the European Union. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

7. Google Maps
On our contact page we embed a Google Maps map (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
Important: the map does not load automatically. It only appears after you click the "Load map" button or accept optional cookies. Until then, no data whatsoever is transmitted to Google.
When the map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies. Data transfers to the USA are based on the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details: Google privacy policy.

8. Google Analytics
If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous usage statistics (provider: Google Ireland Limited). IP anonymisation is enabled, and advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled.

9. Web fonts
The fonts used on this site (Inter and Sora) are hosted locally on our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts servers, so your IP address is not transmitted to Google.
